Therefore, we also acknowledge that there might be times that our customers need to exchange or refund the product bought at that point and for this reason, if our customers decide to change their choice within 14 days from the purchase date, we agree on exchanging or returning the product with the following Terms & Conditions apply:

• If the product is in good condition & the availability of receipt from that particular order/s along with the product packaging that it could be replaced in our showrooms. Otherwise, it can’t be exchanged or returned if there’s no sign of product damage upon purchase.
• Return & Exchange for electronic devices or smart watches are strictly prohibited upon opening it from the packaging or using it unless it had damage from the beginning while purchasing. Hence, we have the right not to accept the return.
• Returning or exchanging the product while it’s on special promotion or sale is strictly prohibited.
• Cash Refund will be made on the same day upon purchase.
• Refund through bank (K-Net, Visa, Master Card) requires not less than 4-6 weeks based on the bank’s policies & B&B Store isn’t responsible for this delay.
• Customer has the right to exchange the product/s with coupons, having similar purchase value.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable.
